• 1. Trial Class for New Students

  1. If it is your first session with a tutor, you are eligible for a free trial class. This trial session allows you to assess the tutor's teaching style and determine if they are a good fit for your learning needs.2. If you are not satisfied with the trial class, you can request a refund for the session. We will refund you the full amount of the trial class within 24 hours after the session is completed.

• 2. No Cancellations or Refunds for Regular Sessions

  1. Once a session is booked and paid for (after the trial class), it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage all students to ensure their availability before booking a session.

• 3. Session Rescheduling

  Sessions are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable

• 4. Refunds for Technical Issues

  If a session cannot take place due to technical issues (e.g., connectivity problems or tutor availability), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

• 5. No Refunds After Session Completion

  Once a session is completed (outside of the trial), no refunds will be issued for that session. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be issued for completed sessions.

• 6. Non-Refundable Services

  Special services, materials, or one-time charges (such as tutoring assessments or personalized learning resources) are non-refundable.
